Are the words Customer Service and Customer Care are same?

I am looking for a new job in customer service field. I saw certain job opportunites in job sites. I would like to know whether the words Customer Service and Customer Care are same?

Hi, Moneyham! Customer service and customer care are one and the same. Both refers to before, during and after a purchase of a customer.
