English is a foreign language for me and I am not good at English grammar.Whatever I have learned,I have learned it from reading articles in newspapers and magazines.I thought deeply over the sentences you have cited in your post and have come to the conclusion that the correct sentence would be,'He is of my age.'However,I admit, I may be wrong and am as curious as you to know the answer.

if what you wanted to say is that he is at the same age as you are now, you can say HE IS OF MY AGE...example..." my friend....john....he is of my age"...meaning you are at the same age now.

Hi... If you want to say that your friend is as old as you are, then you can put it the same way, 'He's as old as I'm', or 'He's of my age'... He's at my age; it'll never do... No one can be at your age, as age is not a quantitative or material thing... Take care...

I would say
He is of my age
He is of the same age as me
We are of the same age
I would not say
He is at my age
all the best, urban
