Do you clip coupons to save money? I now look for coupons before I buy anything again. There are times that I just want to buy without thinking about the price. But I am no longer able to do that as now I'm disabled. Last year I could not this year. So do you clip them coupons to save a little bit of money?

I clip very few....usually they are just for my crafting stuff. Otherwise I don't buy alot of groceries. So I don't bother. Alot of times the coupons are for things I don't normally buy anyway....but I used to with a vengence....one years I saved like $600.00 on groceries when the kids were little.

This last week I saved over $7.00 and I didn't buy that much. So I did good. That was with the coupons and WalMart took them. That made me feel good. I asked first because if they wouldn't of I would of went to other store. So was a good day for food. You have a great day.

I do when I can find them. I don't get the paper because most of their coupons are for things I don't use. I like the digital coupons I can load on my grocery store card. I also get coupons from Kroger. I never use them unless the item is on sale. Usually, some of the items will be in a "buy 10, save $5" promotion a few weeks after I get the pack of coupons so I save them for that. The item is already on sale and now I can use the coupon to save even more. I'll be getting some frozen dinners this week. They're usually $2.38 each but with my coupon and the promotion I'll be getting them for $1.54 each, a savings of $7 when I buy 6. I know frozens aren't very frugal but hey, they make it easier to diet so I save money by staying healthier! I don't usually use coupons because I don't eat junk foods, use diapers, buy makeup or anything but bar soap. I don't usually use canned goods or Lunchables (eww, all those chemicals!! ), the expensive brand trash bags, etc. So when I find a coupon I can use it's like finding a present at my desk!

I got soup today. It was on sale .75cents a can and I had a coupon buy three get .40 cents off. so instead of costing me $2.25 it cost me $1.85. So that is not a bad deal. Plus now is the time of year I love soup.... You have a wonderful day and stay safe.

I clip coupons whenever I can. We are a family of 6 living on 1 income and I cut corners wherever I can - that includes clipping coupons. I need to be more diligent about it though. Clipping coupons means I can afford more groceries for my family. Have a nice day and happy myLotting!!!

I am actually starting to do that now myself. I am hoping to get atleast somewhat good at it so I can atleast save a little bit of money. What I do want to do is stock up on body washes and shampoos when I can find a good deal so that I don't have to worry about that. Sometimes, especially with shampoo, I run out of shampoo before I get a chance to go to the store. I shampoo my hair three times a week.

Yes I've read and watched videos about that which is very awesome. They even will let you have an overage and owe you money, or let you use it towards your balance. I am almost certain most locations are going to use it towards your balance though, which is fine with me.

I know of a lot of people who won't use coupons at all, but I have never been the type of person who has thought in this way. One of the things that I love is having a look in the newspaper and then seeing what kind of things are on offer. I will often choose the things that I eat for my meals during the course of a week based only on the things that are on offer because it means that I am able to save a fair amount of money. I think that people who refuse to use coupons are silly because I would rather save money if there was any chance that I was able to do so.

My Dad wouldn't use coupons. But us girls we did. My Mom she does. Now I used to work with this man that wouldn't take his wife out to eat unless they had a coupon. This week is soup and chicken and turkey is on sale for .98 cents a pound I'm hoping it will go down more but not sure. That would be great. You have a great day and thank you.

Unfortunately, the coupon culture in my country is not as developed. If there are coupons, it's for the more expensive stuff, and mostly 25% off... whoch is not worth using, because I could get stuff like that cheaper or I don't even need it. I use them rarely.

We have that here as well. If it is an expensive item you see if it is on sale at the store then use coupon. If you can. Have a great day

i do but i often find that the store brand is cheaper than the name brand item, even with the cents off coupon. another way to save money when you grocery shop is to check the flyers (i have them emailed to me) and plan your meals accordingly. i tend to plan my meals which also helps and never go shopping without a list.

The famous list. LOL I almost always loose the list. Then I go to my back up plan. I use the coupons and get milk bread and eggs. Then if I did forget something I call my boyfriend and he gets it on the way home. I'm trying to get him to do the shopping, Save gas at least that is what I'm going for. LOL Wish me luck.
