Would you like to join on PTC which pause when you leave your click?

I know some people in here are also doing some Paid to click site for them to earn money. I just notice this on some PTC that each view have 30 seconds for you to get 1 cents dollar. But for some PTC your view was pause when you leave it. SO meaning you cant view any websites till the 30 seconds is done. So what if you joined lot of PTC's so meaning you need to finish clicking on that site yet before you go on your other PTC sites. Did you like this Feature of PTC? An example of PTC who have this feature is wordlinx and clixsense but they are legit sites.
