when reading the post from mylotters, i had found this word PTC around and it is relate to money earning so i wound like to ask mylotter what is PTC! maybe a lot people know this already but as a new comer here and new comer to internet earning, this word is a new word to me so i hope anyone can tell me what is this and share with me some relates to this PTC.
