Well, if you work PTC sites, you now it goes that each site sets the amount that the will pay you per click. Generally, the amount corresponds to how long you have to view the ad. The higher the click value the longer you will need to stay on that page. The lower paying clicks, are generally very short and only require you to stay on the page for a few seconds. YahooClix is this great PTC site that a myLot friend had shared with me. I do really enjoy clicking on the site because it is very simple and easy. Also, they have a low payout amount, which is oh so attractive in PTC sites. Depending upon the method you choose to cash out there is either no minimum or $1 minimum cash out via your PayPal Account. When I started there a few days ago the amount for clicks ranged from .01 to .002 per click, but today the decreased the amount that they are paying. Each click is only worth 80% of what it was pay Saturday through Monday. So here is the new breakdown of how they dropped all the ad values today. .01 previous is now only paying .008 .005 previously now only paying .004 .003 previously now only paying .0024 .002 previously now only paying .0016 I have worked on PTC sites long enough to know that the amount that the site pays per click can sometimes vary, but I have never seen a site so strategically decrease all clicks by a certain percentage. I mean generally the higer paying ad clicks will somtimes drop like on LogiPTC over the time I've worked that site I have seen the Target ads range from .03 to .01, but they have always paid the same for the standard ads. I'm just trying to figure out why the sudden decrease in pay for the clicks on Yahooclix, and why was it so mathematical across the board to have all clicks take a 20% deduction in their value?
