I suggest that the top 5 nba superstars will be in Space Jam 2, Kobe, Lebron, Dwight, KD and CP3. Hopefully, holywood writers gets a chance to read this. Ha ha

If the film is to be made now, then it would be Lebron. But if it's in the future, that still depends on who's the highest market player. Or maybe, since all of them are not good actors, then let's have it equal, all of them will be the lead characters. And the aliens will go back in time to take away the abilities of the best players before like Magic Johnson, Jabar, Shaq, Larry Bird, etc. After that, they will again travel back to the present time to challenge to current all-stars. :)

That movie is so old, isn't it? LOL - my son was young when my husband too him to see it. He loved it, of course.
Bet Will Smith's kid would be good in it.

I think someday someone might decide to make a sequel. I think the question of the star will be either Kobe Bryant, Lebron James or Kevin Durant. I think Kobe's star is fading so I don't think it is going to happen for him. Will depend a great deal on what the other two do. If Lebron James is finally part of a dynasty it will be him otherwise the door will still be open for someone like Kevin Durant.

It's either going to be Kobe or Lebron. When Kobe retires, I think he will be chosen as the star. Lebron is not too bad also.

Everyone who loves basketball loves that movie. I'd probably still want Michael Jordan to be in it. He will always be the best basketball player to me.
