It's unimaginable how people in these days can be still so wicked and let such things like this happen.

Yes, it does happen. We were shown such film in one of our discussions in my degree and if we're going for the morals then whistleblowing is something that we have an obligation to do as Christians or as people with great morals. However, in real life, we must understand that there will always be a reaction to any action that we do. I could remember a batchmate of mine who was strong enough to confront her peers (classmates) and told the teach in front of them that the whole class cheated at a particular exam. Though she was commended for stepping up for what's "right", she is silently condemned by the people in her class until now (more than 10years). It has always been a gray area when morality and sense of obligation is acted upon. We all know whistle-blowers are right but like my batchmate, it would certainly ruin your life. Yes, you did something good, but if the consequences of such actions would not only ruin your career but also ruin you life and family - is it still worth it? Problems will always be present in society. Greed will always be present as well. But for change to happen, there should always be a sacrifice. Are you willing to be that sacrifice? Remember these actions will not always generate a good change. Sometimes it will only lead to nothing or even be futile. Are you ready to destroy your life and see that your actions didn't really do any change? Have a great mylot experience ahead!

It may seem two different things but if you look into them both, they are quite similar. It just proves that a whistleblower's life isn't very happy all the time. We all have morals (even if sometimes it seems that most don't) but we should remember that there are effects in each action, we may feel good because we did the right thing, but what is the impact of such an action if the perpetrators should find out? perhaps you'll put your family in trouble - that won't give you peace either.
