The worst nightmare I ever had was about my family being eaten by monsters and that i was the only one left alive, I was crying my heart out in my dream and I woke up crying, for real! Well, my mom told me to always pray before i go to sleep, and whenever I have nightmares and i cant seem to wake up, I just pray and I was able to end that dream and come back to reality.

your bad dream seems more terrible than mine, sometimes our dreams gave us a more real and wonderful feeling than any Hollywood movie, though the experence may not make us happy. thank for your sharing, good luck

Hi,Xiaoyang.First,I'd like to say it is just a nightmare.Don't be afraid, because ,you know ,dream is opposite to the fact. DO not sleep so late, for you will be tired in the moring. Maybe you feel so stressed about something,so I advise you to find ways to relax yourself, talking to frends, running, lisenting to soft music, going shopping, etc. What do you think?

Looks like you've been watching too many kung fu movies lately.. You know I'm insane at night too,but I rarely ever remember it,so there's no point of caring it's normal..

Every person has a lot of dreams each night, no matter if they can remember it or not. Dreams are there to get rid of our thoughts of the day, to foresay something, to deal with bad experiences, our feares etc. This dream sounds more like you have a problem and you have to deal with it yourself, face it at day time and you do not have to face it at night. The devil is your problem, the tricks you do are the ways you tried or can try to solve it. You don't feel well about it this morning because these are new things/ways you have to take. It sounds to me you are not ready for it. Face your problems, work on it, be creative and you will have a great night rest.

Thanks a ton for sharing this discussion. Well i can understand the situation you are going though. I think u should always sleep early and if possible listen to light music or possibly read a good book before u sleep. Take light food at dinner also. I have heard that watching movies or TV before u sleep puts an adverse effect on your dreams your also. So act wisely! What say?

hi, subhojit10, Thankyou very much for giving me some good advices, i am totally agree with what you said. the most difficult thing for me is to sleep early. there are always a lot of things to be done after work for me. sometimes i have to work for 2-3 additional hours or wash clothes, clean my room, give my family and friends a call and so on. i hope i can change this situation in the future. by the way, it is a good picture which can bring in warm feelings. good luck to you and the girl be along with you !

Sorry to hear you had to go through that. When I have a hard time sleeping. I go out in the afternoon for a long walk. That night all always sleep well. Try it.

Hello sunxiaoyang010, I don't have more dreams or nightmares to endure while I am asleep than am awake. If we take our daytime worries to bed with us, we are bound to have nightmares during our sleep. I can only give some suggestions to improve your sleep quality though I am not claiming to be an expert on that. You should drink plenty of water before going to sleep. You should exercise for at least half an hour each day. You should never think about the things you worry most about before going to sleep. Hope these three things alone will be enough to provide a sound sleep pattern.

I have had a dream like that and when i got up I was tired as if I have done very hard work in the night. it affects me in real sometimes. I get dreams alot like you. Sometimes I will get up and then when i sleep again the dream is like continued..haha. I would suggest do not think about it and be cool minded before going to sleep. take off all the tensions you might be having.. Thanks for sharing and have a wonderful day ahead.
