My netbookdo not work windows normally

every time i turn on my mini-laptop there is always a blue screen error appear it says your computer has been shutdown to prevent damage ( although i used safe mode with networking and turned it off properly after that) check your vendor for BIOS update /check hardware.. and after this even i didn't press 8 it comes up with the choices when i choose start windows normally.. it doesn't work but only black screen. so i have to forcibly turned it off and turn on and then I have no choice but to choose safe mode w/ networking..

what owyn098 said is a good thing to try but before you do a fresh install run malwarebytes and a good ativirus program and see if that fixes your problem and if that dose not work try a system restore and if that dose not work then you may have to do a fresh install.

Did you install a software before it happened? If so, then that might be the cause. Go to safe mode then remove that software then try again.
If this does not work, try to repair your Windows. If it still does not work, then I'm afraid you may have to do a fresh install of your Windows.
