if your younger brother was asked to be your superior in the family business, will you be willing to cooperate with him?
I hear so many persons frown on that idea and will not cooperate, rather they will cite seniority as reasons before business.
what does anyone thinnk?

I think it is fine to let the younger brother to join the family business. I am sure that the interest is there and it runs in the blood line to be a god businessman. That would be a great opportunity for the family to build a business empire.

I have heard of such a sentence that is friends, classmates, and family members should not work at a same company. And I think it is reasonable.

Honestly, I would feel bad knowing that I am not put in charged in that situation. But if I think that my brother is capable of doing a good job in taking care of the business, then he has my support.

Hi mydanods, i am willing to cooperate with my younger brother in the family business if he is more capable and lots of experience in running the business than doing nothing to help our business. The success of a family business is not base on who is superior, it's more on helping each other to make the business even better.
