How did you lose weight?

People who have had success with dieting please tell me how you did it. I'm having a losing battle and it's beginning to get scary. How do you find the willpower to stick to an eating plan when there is soooo much yummy fattening food out there?

I was lucky I guess. I've got good genes and I don't put on weight easily. I prefer fresh fruits and vegetables and I love to walk. I think all this together keeps me slim and trim.

Thanks for your answer. I walk heaps as well but probably don't eat as many fruits and veges as I should.

Well Let me tell you how I lost 10 pounds in just one month. I walked fast everyday for an hour. I didn't eat anything after 7p.m. because if you eat after that you tend to gain weight. I basically ate regular food, but not much fried or fatty food. I didn't eat any chips, cookies or cold drinks. So, That's how I lost, and i'm still loosing, I want to loose another 10 pound by christmas. I'm not fat, but i'm not skinny either. And I want to be thin.
