courageous

In our church, we had a family fellowship,we watched a movie entitled "COURAGEOUS". It was a christian movie encourages every family to be dependent on God in evrything, to put their faith on the One who created all things. The movie moved my being, it has countless lessons you can apply in your life. .An inspirational movie that taught us how to be a godly father, a supportive wife and submissive children. If you longed for a better family or you have struggles in how to handle your family or supposing you wanted to create your own family this movie is for you. ENJOY AND BE BLESSED :) "CHOOSE TODAY WHO WILL YOU SERVE, BUT AS FOR ME AND MY HOUSE WE WILL SERVE THE LORD"

Thanks a ton for sharing this discussion. Well glad to know that the movie touched your heart very much. Yes u are very much correct, we should always have faith confidence and trust on the Almighty and stay grateful to Him for all the things he has given in my life. Then only we can get blessings from Him and we can stay happy and cheerful in our life. We should handle all the relationships very efficiently as they are very much sensitive and delicate. What say?

It's not a movie I would like, I think. I just don't believe in religion, and this movie sounds like forcing the views on the viewers... but I think mostly Christian people would watch this, and then think yeah, I live/am gonna live a happy life solely because I'm a believer. I think happiness depends on personalities and traits more than depending on a god and not having a truly own motivation and decision. as I see from my surrounding, the happy and healthy families are the ones where there are basic assigned roles, but not like this like "the child should be obedient, because it's the tradition"... in families like that, when children have no word in what they wanna do and when and how to behave at home, there are going to be so much bigger troubles.

I heard that movie to my siblings, but i have not watched it since they introduce to me. I hope I can have the courage to watch it. Because that word really is moving, by the title itself. I believe that we need to face the challeges and our daily cross for we are all be blessed. Thank you.

As I have read your discussion,it seems to me you encourages the reader to see the movie. That is normal because the movie is full of suggestive lessons from our everyday life.We have been taught by our parents how to love and praise our God. Do we have any other God besides Him,Whom you call your Lord?
