Finding a friend to chat with

Sometimes i find it hard to pick up a word to explain my thinking by english,though i have kept reading and listening.maybe i think that is due to my lack of practice.when i came across MYLOT, i find this website really helpful.Now i want to find a english friend or someone who also want to improve english to communicate via EMAIL or on-line chat.who can be?

You don't need to ask for chat or email to practice your English skill.
Just keep mylotting and be active here.
Responding/commenting to others topics is much better to practice English than chatting.
The more friends you inter-act here- the better you will learn.
Plus the bonus- you will earn while learning.
