Neobux suspended

I have my account neobux before but 1 day my brother register neobux at the same computer i use it make my neobux account suspended until now, i try to contact neobux but i dont see any of contact us at their website, i hope i can get back my account if i cannot get back maybe i dont have a choice maybe i must make new account, anybody can help me? :'(

It's against the rules to have multiple accounts on one computer, unfortunately, your brother didn't know this. Maybe if you explain to Neobux what happened then maybe they will reinstate your account.

I'm sorry to hear that you were suspended in neobux. Same thing happen to my account and my husband's account. Unfortunately Neobux is strict when it comes to their rules. I believe they will still keep payments emails of those who got suspended so that they can't use the same payment emails again if ever they create new accounts.

Some sites have that ip rule. They have to do this because people in places like China get 5 accts. using the same computer. Maybe you can send them a support ticket and explain what happened. Cant hurt to ask them to help you. Have a great week there.

The IP address rule is very strict at neobux,i mean you can not use two accounts in one computer device. I think you can not get your account back. You may probably need to create a new account with them, but this time don't use two accounts in one computer. And please try to read all the terms & conditions of Neobux. Good luck.

I hope you not think i make 2 account. When i join online earning site i'm honest and not cheat. My brother dont know i also join neobux in his laptop so he register neobux. It also my fault because i'm not tell him early. Some people say we can contact them but i not see any words about contact.

It happen when my brother also register with a same computer, i only have 1.60 dollar in my account but i also have 3 refferal in there :'(

im so sorry for that. both of you should be aware of the rules on neobux. like clixsense there is one account per ip address or else both account will be suspended or banned. :( but try to read the rules and regulations of neobux maybe they're not so strict like clixsense ^_^ dont lose hope yet ..

Hmm ip address is banned. He also cannot register and i also cannot login in neobux. I plan to get back or create new account when i have my own laptop.
