Few months back, I got the leg pain suddenly that too in my left lower part of the leg{below the knee portion}. The problems are pain when I stand for atleast five minutes continuously and while walking. Only my left leg has the problem. I feel the pain is due to bone. The reasons I think are 1. AGE (REACHED 39) 2. Overweight 3. Overeating of NON VEG FOOD ITEMS 4. sitting job(sitting in front of computer for a longer time) Do you have any other reasons for my issue and also let me know the recovery measures

My friend (if you allow me to call you so) I had the same problems. Especially with walking. Turned out to be diabetes. Am not saying you have the same but the symptoms are very much alike. Please have it checked. I have my bloodsugars under control now and can go on with my life. And yes! overweight is never good!

Other symptoms are a feeling like you're trembling inside and moodswings. Specially when you need you have to eat something. Nobody can stop you then. Overweight and unhealthy food, combined with a lack of exercise are a perfect combination to get diabetes.

Lack of execices ( lack of walking time outside) and more balance diet,( vegies visit some meat and grain) drink 8 cups of water per ( takes headaches away when dehidrated) You are almost at middle age like me and my husband so keep your health in check we have to do like a car have a good tune up. Wonder if you take supplement everyday? Well that about what I can think of, hope it helped you.

have you weighed many of the variables that could cause the pain? how long do you sit before moving in the chair or standing to relieve pressure that sitting could cause? what position are you sitting in, are you leaning, are your legs strteched, do you cross your legs? what possition do you sleep in, is it a soft bed or firm? weigh these variables and others that may cause alarm to your lower leg area before jumping to conclusions about what it could be. it could be the bone, but it could also be circulation if a aprt of the body is in one position for too long. even though it causes pain maybe light non aerobic exercise could relieve the discomfort. many of these variables only you can eliminate. good luck with this pain.

Thanks for your support and advice. I am sitting for a long time in front of the computer and I think this could be the main reason

its because you are not working out it and the main reason would be overweight which needs to be avoided

It appears that you are suffering from muscle cramps - a sudden, tight, intense lower leg pain. Applying heat to tight muscles or cold to tender muscles may ease some symptoms. But to be sure, you may check with your doctor as this could be problem with your blood vessles or nerves. A varicose vein, a emergency like condition, deep vein thrombosis, as per researches maybe a possiblity. I hope you havet he chance to check it with your doctor as this could be something else if it is a chronic issue. Stay healthy my friend. Thanks
