Thanks a ton for sharing this discussion. Well i feel extremely bad for the turbulent situation in Indonesia. i think not only u can turbulence in Indonesia but in other parts of the world as well. people are increasingly having fights and conflicts among themselves on petty matters and even i feel that peace has become just a thing of the past. It is very pathetic to see how people of the same village or locality are fighting with each other instead of supporting and help each other in the progress of the society. What say?

I think you're right subhojit. In this milenium era, peoples is easy to being emotional. Only just a simple problem like Mr. A falled when he walked on the street cos grazed by Mr. B who from other village, people from Mr. A village attack Mr. B village's.

i think it happens in grass root when the ellite didn`t care about the social phenomenal happens in grass root level.. the ellite is busy with the money, but they forgot that many poor people can`t live and eat 3 times a day.. and it becomes a seriously problems when some organization or people use the poor and angry people for something bad.. more poor people, more easily they are used by another people or organization...they didn`t care if they must kill each other as long as they can eat...it`s terrific..but it`s the fact

Its one from so many proof that our highest leader didn't have a capability to leads. Its also could be created so that we will make that judgement. Or its creates to attract us to forget other case.

This type of conflict happens all around the world. Indonesia is not the obly nation suffering from such conflict. I think most of such conflict such as the conflict of interest of certain groups of people happens because people are too selfish and they never bother to work for a broader peace which will benefit them in a long run. You may not be able to do much at current times. However you may be able to influence people around you to support the same idea.

That's too bad. Our "Bhineka Tunggal Ika", different cultures, language but one ideas in one country, is a good symbol. Unfortunately it's gone with the society changes. Every country have their own problems. It becomes more difficult for Indonesia, since we have a lot of region and cultures. Also since Suharto regime gone, top people is trying to get a bit pieces of the pie. If the top people are fighting, what is it going to do with the people? They fight too. Especially Indonesian people who is not very educated, they are easily get manipulated by the top people. I think that is one part of the big problem. What do you think?

Yeah, i think you're right. Beside that, the indonesian easy to being emotional. Only a simple problem like a guy falled cos he grazed by other guy from other village when he walked, all people in one village attack another village. And i found that Pancasila is just empty slogan. Perhaps in President Soeharto era Pancasila just talked in our lips but didn't implementate in our life
