Very recently i came to know that payza- former Alertpay has introduced bank transfer as withdrawal option. My former account in Alertpay was already a verified one. To be specific my account type is Personal Pro. Today when i tried to transfer my earnings to bank account, system is asking me for document validation. Payza is asking me to submit Indian PAN Card copy (Tax) and Utility bill for account Validation. I think this is injustice, as my account was already a verified one. Is it safe to submit PAN copy to Payza. Looking forward for your valuable suggestions.

It is something related to latest regulations by Reserve Bank of India in foreign money transfer matters. Paypal asks for PAN Card number and purpose code to get an account verified. As PAN details or copy are given to various purposes, no need to worry on giving it to Payza or Paypal. Besides these are requirements as per agreement between RBI and these money processors.

Payza may be taking the time to verify PAN details with authorities in India. As there wasn't facility to link with Indian banks my Payza account isn't verified yet. Wire transfer charges aren't small.

I do understand that its made by the regulations by Reserve Bank of India. How ever i have submitted the required documents but they are not responding. I am using Paypal for more than five years but they haven't asked my PAN details yet. Are you able to transfer payments to bank account with Payza.

Not a problem. I already went through it. No harm. You can go ahead.

I have submitted the required documents a couple of days ago. Till now i didn't get any response from them. Did you get any reply from them. Is your account a verified one now? I am also very eager to know where bank transfer is possible in your account. Sorry for asking so many questions.

It will take time to get response from them buddy. Because they need time to verify your documents. Yeah, My account was verified. I'v never withdrawn money through Payza as I always use and prefer Paypal for that. However, I used Payza account to send money in recent times...never got any problem.

I don't think so. I have register twice with alertpay now called payza submitting my utility bills and identity card but no reply from them. They did not approve my account either. I think its scam.

I do agree with your point. Its quiet frustrating that a formerly well know payment processor is turning to be a scam. I think they don't have enough staffs to give response to users on time. Some of my earnings are withheld in this account. Would be helpful if they can do a bank transfer.

What is your account type on Payza right now? That personal pro is on Alertpay or in Payza? I never try to withdraw my money from both, whether when it still Alertpay or now when they have changed to Payza. So, I didn't know about this kind of problem.

My account status is still showing as Personal Pro. However the system is not allowing me to do a bank transfer. Its asking me to submit documents for account validation which i have already gone through before. Its quiet unfair, isn't it?
