Disclaimer versus Privacy Policy

I will use mylot website as an example ok;-) We all have rules that we must follow in order to be able to keep our discussion and possibly our user ids from being deleted.. As long as we stay within the peremeters we are able to write about anything and everything.. Now here is where the disclaimer comes in.. A user writes a discussion following mylot policy but the topic is dishearting or offensive because of the persons views..
