I'll update that, our Australian National news coverage is giving Obama currently 213 to Romney 167. There seem to be 151 votes still not allocated, so to win, if I understand your system, Obama needs only 53 more votes. As the bookmakers predicted, an easy Obama win looks likely. Lash

The analyst used by Australia's ABC hs never got a call wrong in 25 years. The final result will be interesting. The exact numbers might vary a bit, but he has already called the result. Lash

Yes, I am even if I don't happen to be an American. All eyes are in America today and the whole world is waiting on who's gonna be the next to occupy the White House. Live news feeds are being send to local stations including videos showing the overwhelming response of voters who braved the cold just to exercise their rights of suffrage. In a few hours from now, we are going to see the results of the this tightly contested race. Looks like Romney is really giving a tough fight for the presidency.

Obama has been re-elected and people are happy. I just love the passion of the American people on the triumph of Obama with well-wishers waving miniature American flags but what I admire most is the speed with which Romney conceded. It only shows how good a sport he is in spite of the tight presidential race. The world is now happy that Obama has been re-elected.

Yes you have to admit, Romney is definitely the gentleman. I am very proud of how the candidates handled themselves in the last hour of the election.

I'm relieved too even though I'm not American. I just can't stand any more excitement. Well, now that it's practically over except for the official declaration, I'm glad I'll get some rest from watching too much TV and politics.

Yes, but it isn't right. I just don't see how they can have results when polls havent even closed yet, people are still standing in line to vote and in CA polls are still open and eastern states just closed 2-3 hours ago.. I know it is kind of computerized, but still....I just don't see how they can correctly count votes this fast and they be correct. And, I don't see how that 78% of AMerican people DO NOT want Obamacare...yet they are(supposedly) voting for him! He let 4 American be murdered in Lybia..knew all about it...yet everyone is voting for him! It is all just going to fast to be right/correct.

ObamaCare is going to cost you..ladybugmagic...and everyone elst in this country. If you don't buy your own health care...you will be fined. HOw? On your federal tax returns 1040's. YOu will have to show proof of you insurance payments. If you don't, they will fine you $2500. If you are getting a refund, they will deduct it from that. If your refund doesn't cover it...you will have a balance owing. If you owe,,,they will add the fine on to what you owe. They have already hired and have ready to go...couple hundred "auditors" of 1040's that are there to do nothing but look at the proof of insurance you send in and check for validity. If you had $2500...wouldn't you have gotten insurance? Of course you would have. But now..you have no choice anyway...if you can't afford to buy your own, you will be fined and you still won't get the coverage. Many think that they will get coverage if they are fined...no...you pay but you don't get. So the 23 million that are without medical care...will still be without medical care PLUS have a $2500 bill to pay! And Benghazi...first..how rude for him to run to Las VEgas the day after the bombing. Second...he knew it was coming..tons of proof accululated after the attack shows he knew..and he did nothing, then denied it, then went to have fun! I think that if he had just stayed in DC instead of going to LV...at least it would have made many at least think he cared...but to walk out on it like that...totally not very nice or caring. I dont' hate Obama...he is not worth my going to hell over...he just doesn't have the experience to run a country. He has shown that for the last 4 years....unemployment is higher today than it was when he took office..the jobs he claims to have created...were nothing more than part time jobs, and seasonal help...all now gone. Oh wait..they will come back starting now..and he will toot about creating jobs again, but come February..when they are all gone...and unemployment is up there again...he will be at some golf course...26 golf vacations in 4 years...lost count of how many vacations he has had, but I know that in the last four years, I have not had a single vacation or "fun day"..how many have you had?

Why would he "let" 4 Americans be murdered but not "let" 23 million people go without medical care? Your hate is showing. It is very unbecoming.

Try eleven more times under Bush. No one claimed that was because we are a weak country or that our president took some form of enjoyment out of the attcks. This is just the newest meme to hate on Obama for, because they have nothing. Most people who watch Fox parrot what they say and never would have known where Benghazi was to begin with.

No I am not. I did my part I went and I voted. Watching the socialist media twist every number over and over again speculating on every vote is just a waste of time, it means nothing but what it is talk. In the AM I will know who the winner is and that is all that matters.

Oh, the big bad nonexistant socialist media again. Fox and CNN are reporting. You can watch your twisted version of the truth if you so desire. Won't change the numbers.

Yup. I saw in CNN when the projects put Obama over the top. I'm glad it's over. Now, I'm waiting for Romney to concede and listen to what he has to say. Anyway, this has been a very election. I've watched the debates and the coverage of the campaigns from both parties.

I admire the flow of election in America, fast, peaceful and no cheating. The lost candidate easily concedes. How I wish this kind of election is also happening to my country,Philippines. If we have this kind of politicians in the Philippines, I am sure our country will be a progressive one.

What a surprise ! I do not think the result of election would so. Before this competition take place, I guess that Obama will win a special versus rival. But I was wrong. But anyhow, I always that Obama will be in White House for one tenure.

I forgot the race and woke up when it was finished. I have listened to Obama's speech when I was having my breakfast, and I think it was a good unifying speech, worthy of what could be expected from a president of the USA.
