I can get carried away with movies that are about third party issues, mistresses and cheating husbands or boyfriends. It's something I really hope won't happen to me, so I feel like being prepared for it can help me prevent it from happening. With that, I feel like watching movies of this theme or concept can give me tips and ideas on how to deal with situations like that. But, I don't feel comfortable watching it with my husband. I'd rather watch it with a close friend whom I can comfortably discuss with. How about you?

Like you do, I am not comfortable also watching those kind of movies with my boyfriend. Although, I am confident enough that my boyfriend will never do that. But of course, I am also looking forward that someday I will be prepared if that moment comes. Of course, every woman don't deserve to be cheated. For every woman, we should not be the reason why another woman cries.

That's a good way to say it -- "we should not be the reason for another woman to cry." I hope all woman think that way, and for those who don't, all bad karma for them.

I think there is no problem watching the movies like the theme of infidelity. I am sure they will be aware of the consequences, if they do the same thing. Good day!

Women are more affected with movies like this, though. If an action movie gets men really excited, its love stories and the like which moves women more.

I do agree on this, but guys can still have the hormone of progesterone in lower level. Women are really so emotional since the level of this hormone is high.

I guess it might cause doubts, suspicions or accusations. I guess it's difficult to watch this kinds of movies with my husband. He's a jealous type of person. I can also get carried away with movies like these. We can learn from these movies so it's good to watch them. Thanks for sharing and happy mylotting.

You nailed it, right there. That's the exact thought I have in mind. It's like hearing gossips. If you weren't thinking about possibilities of your man cheating on you, once you watch movies like this, you can't help but entertain the thought.

I don't mind watching anything with or without my husband. So really it doesn't bother me watching those kind of movies with my husband but really me and my husband like watching action movies.

i think , many may feel the same. Some how not comfortable watching the infidelity related movies. My friends feel the same about this. But actually what is the concept behind that? i really don't understand.

Concept behind why we are not comfortable? If that is what you're asking, I would say, for me, it feels awkward that we are watching a story about marriage or a romantic relationship that turned bad. And, as a wife, I can't help sometimes to be able to relate to the woman who lost her husband and my husband might also feel uncomfortable about the character of the man portrayed in the movie.

If I would have a boyfriend, I would love to watch a movie which is about infidelity with him because it is so important that both of us would know the fruits of cheating. In a relationship, it is very essential that you and your partner will both learn the things that will make your relationship stronger.

Lessons about having a stronger relationship can be learned in other ways, but, some couples are just not comfortable watching a story or movie that could reflect how real life could be.
