I don't know what I would do without music. It is also what I turn to when I am happy, sad or mad. I love it so much that I actually work in the music industry because I need it so close in my life.
Right now as I am typing, I am listening to soundscapes. It is very relaxing and good music to work to because there are not many words to distract you. It is also good for meditation. I also like dance, trance, house, hip hop, easy listening and more. It all depends on the mood.

Music has pretty much become my favorite companion. Listeing to music has become the way to get rid of boredom and loneliness each day. I listen to music every evening, classical music especially. I keep a collection of CDs of classical music these days, Mozart, Chopin, Beethoven, and more.

Music influences man in of its aspects: physical, emotional, mental, social, aesthetic, and spiritual. Music also paves an impact on human's emotional and affective development, behavior and social skills. In fact, Adolescents have identified many benefits of listening to music, including emotional , social, and daily life benefits, along with the formation of one’s own identity.
Music can provide a sense of independence and individuality, which in turn contributes to one’s own self-discovery and sense of identity.
