Cleaning ear by cotton buds is fine or not?

Using cotton buds is not fine way to clean our ear told by my doctor. He said that it is not good for all to clean the ears by cotton buds.He also told that it is better to leave ear as itself because dirt is removed automatically. It is harm to use cotton buds because sometimes cotton bud can get lodged in the ear itself. Do you think it is fine advice by my doctor.

You should take your ear doctor advice seriously, i am sure he is making a valid point for the sake of your ears' health, avoid poking your ear with cotton buds, it is not a good practice at all, sometime the cotton bud can drop off the stick, or you may accidentally go much deeper than necessary to damage the delicate surrounding component parts inside your ear, leading to ear pain and loss of hearing. I think it is one of a very good advice from your doctor you need to follow to prevent unwanted accident to your ears.

I think it is better to use cotton buds optimise to every any issues in future. Ears are cleaned by simple methods

It is true that ears are delicate part and need lot of care to clean it. I think one must do it slowly but one has to clean the years. There are lot of wax accumulating and it is not good that much. One has to clean it time to time. Thanks for sharing and have a wonderful day ahead.

It works well for and i think it is good clean ears. I do understand that some people try to put cotton on the match sticks and make it cotton but to clean the ears and i feel that it dangerous since there is nothing to adhere the cotton to the stick. Once it happened to my father I remember , the cotton got stuck in the ear and he was feeling uncomfortable.. some how or another he removed the cotton from the ear. That is why I don't like to use match stick method. Better to use the proper cotton buds that is made for the ear. Thanks for sharing and have a wonderful day ahead.

Using cotton buds are not important for all of us and however,it is not good to use. Using cotton buds may harm your ears

Some ear dr. say no, but if you have to use them be very careful. Of course if they arent safe how else can you clean ones ears?

yes cleaning ears by cotton buds is not an excellent choice and hence you should not use them
