No support feature for most of the PTC sites

Now a days i am getting irritated with the PTC site. Most of the PTC sites are not responding to the support tickets. They are only bothered to forward advertisement emails. I will be going to stop working on PTC sites in the near future. Are you happy working with PTC sites?

thats because they dont want to see all the comments that are bad. Like payment delays and things like that. The good sites all have contact button and even active forums to post things on.
