Im craving for starbucks CHOCOLATE CHIP FRAP,while im looking on interesting topic here on my lot I suddenly crave for a coffee.. Time check 4:47 am in my computers time. Haven't sleep and still wanting to have a doze of coffee. I love coffee's it stimulates my brain, keeps me awake. Back when I was working as a call center agent I use to take a LARGE Coffee cup to work that will keep me awake the entire shift.Night shifts are horrible and I have to stay awake. I just cant end a day with out a cup of coffee... Just wandering if that gives any side effects to drink coffee often...

As you get older, you might become more sensitive to caffeine. Assuming that you are working night shift, sleeping when you want to must be very important to you. Other than that, a cup of coffee every day is probably okay...but adding sugar and cream makes the antioxidants that are naturally found in coffee unusable by your body. Also, sugar and cream are not very healthy! If you can, try adding a little less sugar and cream each day until you are able to drink it black. And always drink coffee in moderation. For every cup of coffee you drink, make sure you also drink a glass of water.

Thanks habibibti320 , I like my coffee not too sweet, 1 teaspoon would do, I got a stock of 3 in 1 coffee which has cream already, I love coffee with milk and not cream though. I don't have sweet tooth. Maybe I should lessen my intake of coffee I notice I become prone to head ache I am not sure if it is because of coffee, I agree a glass of water after a cup of coffee is good. Sometimes I just cant help and crave... Thank you for sharing.

In my mind there are two excellent cups of coffee. One is starbucks caramel machiato and the other is my friend's plain ole ordinary coffee. (It must be the friendship factor that makes that cup of coffee so good!) It depends on who sponsors the statistics that are published about drinking coffee. My favorites are the sites that say a cup or two a day will not harm. However, some say that too much caffeine will cause heart arrhythmias.

Hi mate, Oh yeah its best to have a coffee with someone, it feels good. I reckon that's true, I have a best mate at work and we go out for coffee on our break time. We call our selves coffee buddies. TOo much is bad thats the basic thing we need to know, too much of anything cause problems...

I'm not a fan of coffee but I got once hooked to iced White Chocolate Mocha and I usually have it whenever had the chance to stop by Starbucks. Lately, my body isn't responding well to caffeine so I stop it. So whenever I go to Starbucks I just get fruitsalad and bread.

Oh hi, I got the same feeling too. I am having my coffee right now with pandesal. I had to wake up my son to buy hot pandesal- not sure why suddenly I crave for this stuff -hehehe. I woke up 3am this morning to start writing (the best time for me to write here in mylot while thinking of good subject to write for articles) I am a coffee addict, but have to reduce the addiction because it is not healthy. Enjoy coffee, the morning is a bit cold anyway Welcome to mylot and enjoy mylotting

Hot Coffee and Pandesal (bread) in the Morning yum yum.. A good match, I often do the same. Coffee has anti-oxidants too that help us looks younger it has health benefits but too much sugar and cream not good at all. I am having coffee at this very moment too, for me the best time to have coffee I'm reading and writing. Cheers... :)
