Paypal, help me how to get the money !

I am a member since last year and it's been a year of not being active. I have already an paypal account but I am so confuse on how to transfer your earnings from your bank card and your earnings here is not connected to your bank card or account, and the paypal is not link to your bank card, how will you get your earnings? and so on, whatever it will be, how? I am so disoriented, sorry. I just need your advise to solve my problem. Thank you so much !

Do you have an EON cyber card already?
You can link your EON cyber card to your paypal account in order to withdraw your earnings.

Since you are in Thailand you cannot acquire EON cyber card.
But still I can send you through PM (private message) on how you can acquire one.
