hi guys I get to see lot of women who are in their early 30's using anti-aging cosmetic products. few years back, I saw all ladies gracefully turning old. every phase of has its own beauty. I honestly feel a person should stay fit eat healthy. face automatically glows. but all these anti-aging cosmetics creams and injections enhances beauty just for few hours/days or may be weeks. person begins to look fake and so odd after that. again its my person opinion. where do people find so much of extra time/ money to waste on all these things .

Hi! I believe it has now become the trend to resort to anti-aging products because women don't like to have wrinkles. The richer a woman is, the most facial injections/botox/and other products she can apply to her face. At least, that's what I see. I observed some old women don't have all these applied to their face, but still they look well and age well despite the wrinkles. I think it has something to do with their diet and having a healthy lifestyle.

Aging is a problem for all human beings. But it happens.:( But you can control it as much as possible by working on it. anti aging cream and other cosmetic products only side of it. Exercising is essential to stop aging process. It is said in "yoga" your aging process depends on your breathing system. that means if you breath in and out faster you get older faster. If you breath in out slowly you 'll get older slower. They taking two examples for it from the animal world. Those two animals are Monkey and tortoise. Monkey is an aggressive animal who is move everywhere every times so he breath in and out faster meanwhile tortoise is an animal who is very calm always take breath in out very slowly then that is why they live longer compare to the Monkey. Sri lankan World wide famous Buddhist monk who passed out now named Balangoda Ananda mithree Thero has written in his books he has seen in his life persons ( yogi) who live doing meditaton in himalaya area more than 500.2500 years old persons.

hey, nice to know so many things. I suggest its good to stay fit and young. but I how do not like anti aging creams. Because when people stop using them, they look old all of sudden, its so odd. We must learn to stay happy. tension and depression, makes the whole aging process fast. there are such monks indeed who practice yoga and stay young.

People cannot prevent getting old. Using anti-aging products really helps temporarily but when stops using it, we'll notice how easily face gets old. It is their freedom to use anti-aging creams or solutions if they can afford it. If less budget, it is not necessary because there are lots of ways to stay beautiful. Eat healthy food, regular exercise, and drink lots of water will help. Those creams are only support and not necessary to rely on it. It is optional. When a person is getting old, the moisture of the skin gets lost especially when everyday exposed to heat. Even we eat healthy food and not take care of our skin from heat, it will look dull. I do not agree with injections. I don't like to have face like molded plastic. I am contented with my face. I just use moisturizers to help me look good and it doesn't affect my budget. I won't spend so much money to look young. It is guts. When you can carry yourself even without something to put onto your face, it is fine. Now, if a person has lots of money to waste, it's their decision. It's not my loss. Maybe they need that because their rich friends look young even at 40's or 50's and they go with the flow. Some needs it because they are promoting something or they maybe are celebrities and should always look beautiful.

Thanks a ton sharing this discussion. I think it has become a trend to use anti aging creams in a bid to look younger and beautiful and to mislead others regarding one's age. While it is true that it helps us to look younger artificially we cannot delay our age naturally. I know every one wants to look young beautiful and to have a glowing face but we should rather maintain it personally and not by artificial means.

hi ! I totally agree with you. Earlier the trend started with using fairness creams, and now anti aging products. I see lot of my mom's friend's using them. but I strictly advised my mom not to use all of those. because gracefully turning old is better.
