Does jointopline.com pay, or is it a scam?

I have been using this Site for a while and I have earned $4 worth of points. Has anyone been paid by them?

No, they are paying, i find a payment proof while searching in the net, you can see it in my reply. I am newbie there, hope i will get my payment from this site.

If you're from US, then you can't earn alot, cos 1000points = $1, unlike before, if you're outside from US, example Canada, then, you'll not able to earn from topline =.= they're sucks now,
