The modern society has turned largely to be an alcohol favoring society. The liquor orientation is taking quite a gain. It is creating a large number of drinkers .Even in auspicious occasions like the christening of a child, alcohol has gained much prominence and favor. The culture is taking a deviant mode. Most drinkers for tat matter are binge alcohol consumers. Alcohol addicts find it quite hard to escape from the malady to which they have been addicted to. The toll of regular alcoholic consumption fads are likely to increase further .

Although a lot of people may resort to drinking, it's a bad addiction to have. I was married to someone for twenty years that drank and he became someone else that I didn't want to know anymore. That addicted person had many times he could have chose his family over it but when it came down to his drink or his family, he chose his drink.
I don't think there is anything wrong with drinking once in a while, but if someone knows they really like it, they should consider not doing it so they don't lose everything.

yes sure it is become the drink of any occasion. there are people drinking from all ages..I am not a drinker and i would not do it even though all the people drink in a party i go to. it is just me i guess. i don't care about other people and even if they drink or no as far as i am strong enough. Thanks for sharing and have a wonderful day ahead..

drinking is absolutely harmful and i regret it and advice strongly to all to stop drinking or it would kill them

I guess they are going to let us have the food if they only drink, ( just joking),if there is a shortage of food someday. I wonder if they had to choose between food and liquor what would be their choice, and if they are going to realize that what they are really addicted to the wrong thing. Anyway I do believe that the society is ill from head to toe and the remedy is God's help.

i agree, there is no end i feel ,its becoming more day by day. The government is also not taking any actions and using people for their votes.
