Mylot Getting a Good Review and an Overwhelming Sense of Community?

Aside from mylot I'm also a member of some other online community. I read this on one of the threads for mylot,
"I see the members posting in Mylot usually not a money making forum members. They just want to get social and most of them don't have paypal. I did ask few girls some from Philippines and Indonesia, they don't know what is Paypal and they don't know about getting paid idea in the site but they just like to post and open thread there to talk about personal stuff and make friends. When I offer them to join PTP forum, they said they don't know much about making money idea and refused to join but they still active in Mylot. I think they just want to get social there for some members. So, the post rate is not their concern."
It's good to know that more and more people are joining mylot because of the sense of community it gives online.
I learned about mylot because I was looking for ways to earn money online. I found what I was looking for and not only that it also gave me wonderful friends all over the world. I do hope that more and more people would see mylot as a community and not just an opportunity to earn extra money online.

I have often wondered if myLot would survive if it didn't pay anybody here and now this stands as proof that it definitely would. I am happy to know that this community is getting somewhere not just in terms of earning but also the sense of camaraderie. I believe that it won't be long now when this site would turn into a great social site.I just hope though that everything remains simple and happy here, as major upgrades could really cause a stir sometimes.

That very same thought cross my mind as well when I was just starting here. The look and feel of the site did not really appeal to me at first but then like you and some of us discovered how great it is to post in here.
I look forward to seeing mylot turn into a great social site as well

I guess it can't be helped if this does turn to that. For some time now, there were many suggestions posted here and most of them were largely based on social networking sites. People who spend their time here and in other networking sites as well want to have the same feel in all sites. I have had my doubts before but now I can actually see it coming.

Like you, I first joined mylot cause of the payment. I need to get an extra, at least to be able to pay for my internet connection monthly. But I found some friends and some good people to debate with. I forgot about the money side, as I experienced it's a long process to reach my target, and became just good responders and commenters here.

That was my goal before. I need to earn monthly to help pay my internet bill and somehow earn more. All I got was headache and stress. Not really a good thing to do

That is wonderful information you have provided trough your discussion dear hexeduser! I am really happy to know that such members are there on this site.
I am a member on this site right from the beginning or from the inception of his site. Though I have opened paypal account and I used to get my money deposited n my paypal account I had no idea how to get it in to my bank account in my country. I never even bothered about it. I used to get a thrill to see that my amount was getting increased in my paypal account.
This used to give a feeling of achieving some thing. The money in my account used to be like my marks earned in my exams with which I used to be very happy. Few years back only I got my bank linked with paypal and I am getting the money transferred to my account here in my country from paypal!
Thus I feel there must be many members on this site who must be coming here to pass their time in a quality manner and also to have some fun and relaxation. Thanks a lot for the nice and encouraging discussion!

Wow! I never saw it that way. The earning can be considered as a score here. It will increase if one becomes active and contributes in discussions. I'll try this for a change. I wonder how active would I be? I'm a little bit of a geek so I can safely say that treating it as a score would definitely help me to be more active than I used to before.
I aim to get 10 points by the end of the month or by December

I have recently seen posts by new users saying, after already making a few responses, that they did not realise that we are earning here. Just goes as proof that not everyone joins because myLot is a paying site and that some really do put the social aspects first and foremost

Your discussion about the hidden tricks here in mylot helped me remember the said post. I guess I can safely assume that the efforts we made, specially you, to keep mylot healthy and for others to see its beauty is now starting to see the light of day.

Mylot is really fun and sometimes, I do forget that you can earn money in Mylot. I enjoy what I'm doing and that's incredibly important. I enjoy talking with people and hearing their opinions. I also enjoy reading their post and commenting on them. It's nice to know that people can help you even with simple things like opinion about perfume to complicated personal problems. I'm also happy to learn that peoople agree with my opinion and glad to read others view as well even if it contradict mine. I joined forums before but I've never been as active as I am here.

That's good to learn to know Olive. Mylot, most of the time is like our personal diary online. When we find life hard at times we can find comfort here. If we are faced with a very hard decisions or choice to make, we can find answers and opinions here that would show us the two sides of a coin.
I do love forums but I super love the community here in mylot more.
