skinny problem

Most of people their problem is become fat but my problem is i very skinny, my height is 180cm but my weight not reach 50kg. I eat a lot of food but i still skinny. My friend always disturb me and laughing with me because i'm very skinny. That make me sad. Did anyone in mylotter also have a same problem like me?

Hello, i am sorry to hear that you are teased because of your weight. I feel you, because i was once also had this problem. I was really really skinny way back when i was still in my Highschool and in my freshmen years in College. Back in the day, i was always teased because of my body weight. however, i didn't mind them and i was just passing by what they are telling me, until it strike me out and realize that i must really change because probably, It will not only affect me physically, but also emotionally.
I was really insecure about my weight because it was not the ideal normal weight that in those age were. So as a result i consulted a dietitian and asked her about what to do, the best thing for you to do is consult a dietitian they are the best solution to your problems because they are professionals who really knows the best solution and best diet plan for you. Second i did was involving myself on physical fitness activities such as working out. and i must say, it really helped a lot because it gained me some bulk on my body. Lastly, don't forget to eat more and more just don't over feed yourself. and eat more healthy and nutrious foods.

Thanks for your advice. I will try to do what you say. My confident also drop down because of my body. I also very shy to friend with other people because i'm skinny.

Yeah sometime i eat more than a fat guy. I can eat high calories food without worried anything i become fat. I still healthy even i very skinny.

I think there are ways to overcome the body and don't look too skinny. Try to drink milk, reduce smoking and staying up late. If you smokers should be reduced because it is not good for the health of your lungs. And the types of food you eat customize to your activity. Next, you should eat regularly. And the most important thing is go to sport.
By exercising our bodies to be healthy, and sweat it out so that your appetite increases. Exercise performed every morning and evening should be done regularly. I have same problem with you. I really wanted to gain weight but even I eat a lot as in a lot nothing happened. I have super active metabolism!. It's in my genes. What I do is I always eat cold foods and always drink cold water. Try if it works for you. If I do eat cold foods for a week i gain a bit weight but not much as I want to gain. Now I am pregnant and still skinny!

yes i have the same problem. i am very skinny and no matter what i eat i never gain weight. my friends make me feel bad because i cant gain weight but i know in time i will. they are just jealous because we have a faster metabolism then them.

Yeah what make me feel angry when a fat person also teased me and laughing with me. I not teased them because they fat. I still healthy even i very skinny.

Hello there AkamaruKei,
After I have read your post, I just remember myself during those years that I was almost on the same situation. That I was too skinny then when my friends used to teased me because of that. So I did all the proper exercise to gain weight plus having the proper weight gaining diet. It was a thorough process but I am happy since it was a success. Hope you can able to find your remedy too in what you are encountering right now.

Yeah i hope i can find solution to resolve my weight problem. Maybe i also still young right now i 23, i dont know if i 30 years old maybe my weight will increase

Your body being skinny might be because your parents are also skinny themselves. Coz you say that you eat a lot but remained skinny. So it shows that your metabolism is faster than others than you are able to shed of fats faster than the rest. Try taking in vitamins. Better yet, seek medical advice so that the right kind of vitamins can be prescribed to you.

My father is very skinny but when he is older his weight increase, my mother is normal. Yeah maybe you right, i must take some vitamin.
