Ohh i would have to say milk and bread as my family just goes through it like anything its mad a whole loaf of bread would last us till suppertime at night and 8 litres of milk untill bed time:)

My apartment is located near a supermarket and I go there every morning to buy whatever I want to cook for the day. Though it may still seem like a hassle, I find that the meat and vegetables are fresher if I buy and cook them on the same day instead of stocking them in the fridge.
