Is that okay.. it definitely is.. 
i read somewhere that some countries do that. that would definitely teach them a lesson. it may seem harsh, but then the pain they inflicted on the person they raped hurts more.. and some rapists even do it for years.

Thanks a ton for sharing this discussion. Well yes even i feel the same as u do. Rapists are such a shame and a black dot mark in our society that they should not be spared at all to stay with us. They have to be equally punished to make them feel about the pain inflicted on the victims. I know the punishment is very harsh but the lessons that would go to the society would aware all the people if they ever think of doing such things with others. They will now think twice and may be even more than it before committing such crimes.
