Hmm, thats a tough one, I can be a bit shallow at times, but I notice when others are shallow with me also and it makes me madder than ever. People have got to learn to realize that we are not just our shells. We are also the soul inside of our shell. If they are being shallow with you, the best thing to do is realize how childish they are being. They just need to grow up a bit. Don't let it bother you, just live your life normally, don't let there chlidish ways make you unhappy, you don't deserve it.

Ignore him that's all. Make him feel he is annoying and you are getting sick being annoy. Make your way out of him.

Just think about how she must have been raised to turn out that way. Anyone who acts like that must be miserable in some way, just be thankful it's not you.

Just aviod the person and behave as if he is not present at all. try to make him feel uncomfortable, set him up for the boss, complain about him, abuse him in the public, and a lots of other ways. its easy to lose some1 who is after you if you know the correct way.

Fine, now i have been faced with such situations so many times in my life and even ignoring doesnt work with them. What i do first is , i respond welll at the begning , now in case he starts annoying me i would just try to ignore him and if that doesnt work i would be away for him for sometime. The best way to deal with such type of persons is to make them feel that you really get annoyed when he is around. I may sound a bit stern and rude but you have to give it sometimes

Ignore them if at all possible. Only talk to them if it is necessary for work reasons

As long as she's not trying to sleep her way to the top, I don't care. If she's just plain stupid and shallow, I don't have to worry about her promoting ahead of me.

Ignore that person; change the subject when he or she talks to you.

Ignore them and tell them to leave you alone, that you don't want anything to do with them, and if they continue take it up with your boss.
