i should avoid taking a nap

i don't feel good anymore every time i wake from taking a nap. because i think i had enough sleep already. feels like my head is out of blood because of lying down too often. i was not planning to take a nap but when i just sit on the bed to use my tablet and browsed the net, i just feel sleepy and i would just wake after an hour. i think it is because of boredom in what i am doing. so i am trying to be more interested in what i am doing.

hi, it also happen to me when i take a nap especially here in my work during my break time,and that nap will only bring head ache to me saying that i still need more sleep,i always took a nap when i was sleepless in the evening.but they said that nap is a powerful to recharge the power in our body.

I also avoid taking nap because every time whenever try my mobile is start the voice means somebody call me or some relatives are came to meet me. Mostly happend this so avoid taking nap.

Make yourself busy, have some other ways or alternatives aside from just sitting and lying at your bed. Do some exercises, our outdoor activities. If you are always at home, you will get bored so easily.. especially if you are the only person in your house. Go out and smile the fresh air..

Ohh, I believe that you should still take a nap but limit the time. Taking a nap is fine especially if you atre really tired in your work. If you are just browsing th net and feel sleepy, I suggest that you stand up and walk around. Do some stretching, maybe after that, you will not feel sleepy

yes, i guest nap is good for us. but i don't want to scare you. if you feel like always fell sleepy when you are sit and doing nothing/boredom. you should consider there is health issue in you. you may get sleepy because lack of exercise/sport.

Taking a nap can be a good or a bad thing to do, depends of what you have to do after you wake up, if you need to work is better donĀ“t take a nap before, but if you have a day off, so take a nap is a excellent thing to do.

You should get yourself checked up if you're feeling like your head is out of blood. You might be lying down wrong. Your head should be a bit elevated from your body, not lower than your body.

if i were you i would find something that i do and make me busy you can socialize to your friend doing lot of things outside.

hmm it happens many times when we browse the internet ,due to the concentration our brain and eyes goes in to some kind of gloominess ,we feel sleepy. Good to take nap at such time.

Hi. Taking a nap for several minutes is also good. It can help us refresh after the half day of working. But personally, I don't have much time to do it. I spent my break time working online. Well, I don't work at my bedroom. I have a place in the house where I work during my day off.

Maybe you should try other things for you not to be sleepy or get bored. You may also go out for a while or do some exercises. That is good for you.

Choose yourself out in day time with some good work.Keep yourself bizy and make sure that not only your brain but also your body also bizy with some kind of hectic work. I am sure at the end of day you would feel very tired , and jump to the bed.This sleep really requires to your body after a days hard work. My friend don't cheat yourself by pretending that,what i am doing that i am enjoying.

You're case is having too much sleep while my case is not enough sleep. LOL haha XD I think you should do some activity that's good for your health. Maybe you should do some exercise. There are lots of things to do, just take a look around I'm sure you'll find yourself to do something. :)

As today is my day off, I won't take a nap. But if it is a working day, I have to take a nap. Work in the afternoon without taking a nap usually makes me feel very tired and ineffective in my work. Enjoy yourself, hotsummer.

Have you tried looking into perhaps changing your diet as sleeping too long is never a good idea. You can also try and increase your exercise schedule as that is a good place to start.

With me, when i take a nap about 1 hour, i don't feel good. But i feel good when i take a nap about 30 minutes. So I think taking a nap about 30 minutes is good.
