How to link Redgage Virtual Visa Card on Paypal Account

Hello mylotters,
Does anyone here in the Philippines could help me how to Add my Redgage Virtual Visa Card on my Paypal account?
I tried to do this but i keep on receiving this error:
We were unable to process your credit card registration at this time. We apologise for the inconvenience. Please try again at a later date.
Does anyone experienced this and know how to fix this?
i entered correctly the address,expiry date,card number and card verification number.
I am looking forward to someone help me on this.

The Redgage card is a Prepaid Debit card and so is probably not acceptable to PayPal. To verify a PayPal account, you need either an acceptable current bank account (possibly with an associated Debit card) or a Credit card which is acceptable to PayPal.
From what I have read, PayPal do not recognise many of the Philippine banks and a lot of Filipinos use a credit card to verify their PayPal accounts. The Redgage card is NOT a credit card, even though it is issued by VISA.

Thanks for the response, owlwings. i appreciated it.
I had already my verified paypal account and trying to add my redgage vvc on it. So the reason i kept on receiving this error is because of what you mentioned that - RG virtual visa card(entropay) is a prepaid debit card thus, not acceptable to Paypal?

I think that the most likely answer is that PayPal do not recognise the Redgage/Entropay card as something which can be connected to PayPal. The message you are receiving is somewhat puzzling (because it suggests that you can do it, but not at this moment in time) but I would assume that, if you have tried doing it at several different times, the facility is not available (or not available for your country).
