What do you think about BPO/Call Centre Industry?

According to me it is a good industry as far as salary as salary is concerend but it has no future as experince of these industries are not counted if you want to enter into pure IT industry.

Can't say about the call centers but BPO's can give lots of experience. And we should not consider any work as small. Because even these types of work requires quite hard work.

I agree to your statement that no work is small and all jobs require hard work. But the main point is there is no future for these kind of jobs and moreover it also affects the health of the candidate.Also the experience gained from this jobs is not useful in any other industry.
