I'm not so fond of an orange but I can eat. I'm not usually buy orange, I can only eat if someone will give or want to share it to me. I'm eating orange right now but I don't like to eat the pith, I always leave it to my tonque and not swallow, I usually spit it. Only the juices that I would able to swallow. How about you? What do you think? Is it edible or not? ;)

Everything that is inside the orange fruit is edible to consumed,so why spit it out when it is essential to our health, because it is a source of fiber. You know that our body needs fiber very badly to help make our systems busy and it would help eliminate possible tumors and cancerous cells in the body.It also helps in sweeping away those cholesterol rich foods away to the large intestines ready to discharge out from the body.

Yes even the rind itself. It can be processed as marmalade. When I was in Elementary, I remembered we have exploratory science project where you are going to invent something and present in class. Science Expo, they made Grapefruit Marmalade. Took the fruit itself and the rest was made into marmalade... I little tangy but it's different. There's a kick in the taste. try it it's delicious.
