does the company where you work have a policy against "not safe for work" (nsfw) websites? if yes, what would they do if you are caught surfing any of these sites during working hours.

I think workers should be professional enough in doing online works since they have been granted freedom to surf online for free...and the only thing that the company is asking is that they should not abuse those freedom of them...

a breach of trust, a grave mistake, for anyone to abuse any freedom, no matter how insignificant it migt seem. thanks.

In my company also this NSFW policy is there. Here most of those sites will be blocked so that the employers won't have access to it. Even if someone bypassed the firewall and suyfed those sites, if caught depending on the severity various actions can be taken against that person which may vary from simple warning to even termination of the job itself.

thanks. i saw an nsfw site on the internet, my first time, and got wondering how companies implement such. i think we have to be careful how we mix work time and internet time during office hours.
