Have you ever started a diet?

Was it effective? How much weigh did you lose? I have lost 5 Kg but then I have given up...I was too hungry!!!

I have tried soooooo many times that you can't even imagine and none of my diet plan has worked! I guess I tried to loose too fast, also I couldn't follow the rule or so.I want to try it sometimes soon but at least until finishing this holiday season....cuz I don't wanna miss all these good food..lol

Yes I have but i have no will power. the minute somehting nice and chocolaty comes along my diet gets left behind. I hope to start one soon again but my chances of sticking to it is very low.

i went on a diet for a weekand i lost 5 kgs :D :))))) that was milk and brown bread diet..it sucked big time! :-s

sadness... - it is me when I am sad!
I like to eat but I am not able not to mind about my weight...I look myself in the mirror and do not like what I see!

I've tried various diets...but they never worked =). I was only too hungry without loosing anything. Instead for me is working another thing: doing much sport! If i move, i loose much kg. The last summer I've lost 3.5 KG in a month only doing various sports as swimming or playing tennis or running with bicycle!

it is better to eat 5 (but little amount)meals a day than eating 3 or 2 big amount of meals. Dont skip meals..be4 u eat drink one or two glass of water it will make ur stomach full b4 u eat..choose iced tea rather than a softdrink ..walk as much as u can ..i think that helps u to trim down.
