I hate people who are cruel to animals

my neighbor adopted a Labrador dog . that dog is so cute and playful. but that guy is so brainless. he keep him tied all day and night in biting cold. 3feet x 5feet is the only space that poor thing has. its chained all the time. I feel like rescuing that dog. but do not know where I can take him to after that. I tried speaking to that guy, but he is one big man with rude behavior. I wish that poor dog gets to live a happy and free life

Why do people like this get animals? Just to have something they can rule on? I don't understand their motivation. If the dog is tied, he can't even protect the house... so what's the reason? because he clearly doesn't love him... it's just so cruel. Poor dog. I know it can't be carried out, but there should be psychology tests for people, and if someone doesn't pass, they can't keep an animal or have a kid, because it's not fair that there are creatures suffering because of idiots like this.

there are lot of mentally sick people out there. many people get animals home and torture them, beat them. I just can't tolerate this. I feel people do not care for animals that is why we do not have any strict rules to check such deeds

hi ! thanks a ton for posting this discussion. I too hate such people. just because we are humans does not mean we can do what ever we like. this planet is equally owned by other creatures and they too have rite to live. if we bring home a pet, we must take care of it well. Police should take care of such issues. but in India no body cares if people die, who will bother if a poor animal is chained all day

hey good to see a response. people like us should come out openly and oppose such people who are cruel towards animals. At least in Delhi, India's Capitol city the kenel club members come home to check how the animal is being treated. wish we had a similar system in out city Bangalore as well ..

I am a pet owner and i love my pet so much, i don't treat my pet as an animal but as one of my family members. I don't like the idea that some people are not educated enough in terms of being emphatic with animals.
Although there are people who are cruel to these creatures, there are agencies that you can go seek help to save these pets. Agencies such as PETA and PAWS are good agencies you can seek help with regards to animal cruelty and animal rights.
