From the news, our taxation will be higher on the coming year 2013, because the tax deduction from Bush administration will be expired soon. If the government will not act upon on it, we are more likely to incur high income tax on the coming year. What do you think of it?
I personally won't want to pay higher tax, since I am single, and they already taxed me a lot, more than 35% per paycheck. I don't earn a lot either. So, I would prefer the Federal government, especially the newly elected president can do something to help us out. I won't say I am in the middle - class, but I try my best to earn some extra income for myself by working 2 jobs. So, hopefully, the government can extend this taxation deduction for us. Also, Obama administration allowed millions of illegal immigrants to stay at The United States by giving them the advantage, and most of them didn't pay tax either, and our government does help them out a lot. Why not aid your own citizens as the priority as they do pay taxes.

Your taxes are going to go through the roof next year and the next and so on. Obamderthalcare is going to bankrupt the middle class, just as it was designed to do. It taxes every thing you do and buy from here on out. Not to mention the insane taxes that are coming on all forms of energy. I am glad that I am getting old. Maybe I will be gone soon. All of my money already is.

I hear that! People don't realize what is coming in the form of taxation and health care. Several people I know had their health costs double this past summer because of obamacare.
I hope you are not going to leave us too soon!

Absolutely correct-- everyone's taxes will be going up, as will health care, food, everything else. This is the price we all pay for forgetting:
There is No Such Thing as a Free Lunch.
My other half and I have already lost everything, and we are closing our business on 31 December (that story is in a post on mylot somewhere). Half we lost, and half we gave away--to our employees, so the government wouldn't get it.
We are old too, Adoniah--awfully old to be starting over. But oh, well-- at least I didn't vote for this-- it's just being visited on me. that's not fair, but nobody ever guaranteed life would be fair anyway.

I am sorry Chrystalia...I doo lost my business, but it was not because of taxes etc. as much as health problems...
The bizarre thing about obamderthalcare is that it will not cover folks like me at all. I am way below the poverty level, but I am not on the dole even though I qualify for all of it...I cannot afford health ins. ($1700 a month) because I had cancer at a time that I did not have health ins. Even though they say obamderthalcare will cover people like me...they lie! I have to pay for it, but I cannot benefit from it.
There are really only 3 groups who qualify for obamderthalcare...I am sure that you can figure out who they are on your own.
If they do not defund obamderthalcare, it will put every small business out of business and make everything cost so much that it will put as all in the poor house...plus we have to pay for a health care that we cannot take advantage of...

Hello king. Obama wants taxes to go up. He wants to tax the people that make over $250,000 the last I heard. But A person or family making $250,000 in New York is better off than they are if they are living in Nebraska or Wyoming because of the difference in the cost of living. Obama's wanting to Tax the millionaires is not going to do much to pay off the national debt or keep us from going off the cliff or into the ditch. He needs to stop blaming Bush. Obama and the Senate (Reid and Polosie) needs to give a little and so does the House.

Hello doniah. I got part of my response backwards. I meant that people living in Nebraska and Wyoming will be better off than those of the same income living in New York as money goes further out there. We will never get the debt payed down as you stated. I have thought for a long time now that Obama is going for being a Dictator with all his executive orders. Too many people have no idea what is going on with the government. My daughter and son-n-law refuse to watch that part of the news.

If every person in the US paid 100% if their income to the government, it would not even pay the interest on the national debt...Taxing the rich will not even be a drop in the bucket. The obamderthal just wants control of all businesses and all income in the US...He is a dictator and a destroyer...
