Yup it;s still hurts and I think the damage the ambulance van done to my legs is bigger than what I thought when I see it the moment that accident happened. I put iodine to my scratch and nothing more. Now I cannot put on jeans and all i wear are shorts co's it hurts when it hit or rubbed on something. :((

Thank you for your suggestion. Some of my friends are telling me to do that though, but I really feel that I don't need too. Getting this check by a doctor means I have to pay more and knowing the ambulance won't be charge with any liability for this. I might give three days more and if it really not doing good, I might then bring it to the doctor for check up. It just hurt when it gets wet and it's just the outer part I mean the scraped skin but my bones seems okay co's they don't hurt at all. It's just the skin, it felts tighter when I put iodine on it.

Oh! sad to know that. But don't worry it will just heal as time goes by. Still you are lucky that after the accident that was all that you get.

Yeah, thanks. I am very very thankful I only got this actually. But the picture I post was taken the day after the accidents. It's not that dark there yet, but now it's darker and a bit painful when is being wet. I don't do my usual shower, I put that bruised leg on a chair while I shower so that the water won't drip down there. hahaha. It's almost a week now and the bruise is showing up already, I'm thinking of doing hot compress on it though but also afraid that the wounded part might get painful when I do that.

Base on the picture it's really big indeed! Somehow i realize how painful it is by just looking at the picture you have.I bet the scar of it really shows when it already heals.

Actually it is very itchy this time since it's healing. I soo would like to scratch it, but I'm afraid that the wounds will open again and would be infected. I really hope it would heal soon! thanks!

Did you see the doctor when it happens?[ the accident I mean] and if not you should have! I would suggest for you to go and see a doctor now! you may not be able to sue them but they should pay for your medical bills if any thing happens! like an infection or something! don't wait too long the longer you wait the damage is going further ...and don't be scare of governments laws you are a citizend and you have a right too.

No, I did not see a doctor co's I thought it's not that bad and going to the doctors means more medicines to buy and I needed to spend more money. I was thankful it heals quickly too. They won't pay any medical bills too, so sad , What if they hit someone who can't even buy a cream? What would happen to that person then? I'm glad I'm better now and my wounds heals same with my bruises. Thanks and God bless!

That's always a fact- we will come to know the damaged after few days. Thanks that you only got bruises and scratches. Take extra care next time and try to be alert more while on the road.

Yeah . The insides of my legs is still painful because of the bruise, but the outside part is healed already but just a bit itchy. Part of me would like to scratch it till bloods comes out again. I am so thankful that I only got bruises and scratches plus it's not that serious. Thank you so much!

Oh my gosh.. I can see that really hurts. Try putting some cream for the scratch so it will soften and heal faster. I don't know what cream to put though. I experienced having a huge bruise when I fell off from a motorcycle. Um, I didn't actually fall but I was learning how to drive a motorcyle when it suddenly went off. The motorcyle fell on my legs actually.

Hahaha! How I wish. I know how to drive it with the sidecar on it, so it's now a tricycle. But motorcycle alone, NO, I don't know yet. And it's sooooo frustrating, I give up. My mom knows how, she's good driver.

Ouch! Good thing actually our motorcycle did not fell on my legs or else I have more bruise, serious wounds and probably I'm still suffering the pain up to now. I did put some cream reason the scratch heals faster. So you know how to drive a motorcycle? wow! that's great! I wish I could learn how to do it too.

Hi, I saw your photograph. Your wounds must be very painful. I felt very sad for you. I wish you will get well soon and can wear jeans.

Thank you! I feel good now co's it's finally healed though the marks are still there. I can definitely wear jeans now co's the wounds are healed already. It took me two weeks before it became okay. I still suffer a little bit of paranoia whenever I hear an ambulance, it since the ambulance is always coming to our way, so I had to close my eyes. I don't make any hysterical reaction though.

That should hurt. I got hurt several times on that area before, more particularly when I was learning to ride a bike. The ironic thing is, I still can't ride one. Last month, I played basketball with street pros. They moved through the court like ninjas and, for the love of God, they leaped like frogs too. I'm not as athletic as before but I'm still competitive so I over-extend my right thigh, slipped forward with it, and my right knee jammed on the rough concrete floor.

This is my second time to reply to your comments but for some reason again it won't let publish it. It did hurt for a week and a half I think, but it wasn't that serious and I was glad that it's not really that bad as it looks. It's healing now and is very itchy. How I wish I could scratch it but I'm afraid that the wounds might got infected and bring more serious trouble with me.

Oh no it does look painful! I still remember your discussion pertaining to the accident. If it looks worse than it really is, I just hope nothing's broken. A cold compress might help to bring down the bruise and swelling, if there's any.

Yah. It is painful still, actually it feels like it's getting more a bit weird now, co's some part are being itchy co's it's healing but some part are now and get's really painful when water comes to it. I actually I thought it would only take a day or two and I'll be able to do things again. But I think I'm wrong co's it's almost a week now and I still suffering from it. Actually I today is my laundry day but I cannot do that since I don't want that legs to get wet and do more worse to the affected area. It's actually hard going up and down the stairs. But I'm hoping I'll get better soon though. I have loads of things to do and this can't be a hindrance for me not to do things. :)
