Do you or did you have a look alike? When I was in high school everyone was telling me I looked exactly like someone in another high school. They said we were like twins. I didn't know this "look alike" then so I did not give any comment. Finally, a classmate pointed out my "look alike" one day and I was dismayed. I did not like how she looked. Oh boy. To me, she looked weird and I hated it when they kept on telling me that I looked exactly like her. How about you? Did your friends tell you that you have a "look alike" and were you flattered by this comparison? I wasn't.

Oh yes, I have experienced that as well. I was a 6th grader then. My classmates told me that they saw someone who actually look-like me. She belongs to younger grade. I was surprised when I saw the little girl. She does actually looked like me with my younger pictures. So I actually got flattered since I think she's a pretty young lady.

That is good. When someone said I looked like someone who is a pretty woman, I did not believe her.

When I was in high school, one classmate told me that i look like someone she saw in a movie. It was an old Peter Pan movie and she said the Tinkerbell actress looked like me. That didn't made me happy though. There's something about being compared to someone that I don't fancy at all. I was told by a cousin that I looked like a local movie star in the Philippines and a former student told me i looked like one Korean star. My face is so common!

I would be happy to hear if someone will say I look like a movie star and the movie star happens to be good-looking. LOL

I really don't mind having a lookalike even if how that person looks is really far from how I look (or uglier than me ) I guess I'm satisfied and content with how I look so it doesn't bother me when my friends compare me with some other person. I must admit though that I was flattered since the person my friends said looked like me was, well, good-looking.

Hello Thesids. It is good to be unique, to be the only copy in this world but we all seem to have some look alike somewhere.

Dear you should have asked this person what you were alike the girl you know why? There are many celebrities for example that are look alike for people but it's not that they are exactly the same but the way they are, or a mania, a way to talk, a way to turn their heads or move their bodies, there are many ways to look like someone else.

I think they are saying it's everything--the face, the hair, the figure and I really did not like how she looked.

Everybody told me that I looked like this girl but when I saw her, I don't really find any similarity. Okay I would admit that she's not very attractive but I dont care if they think that I look like her. We may look a like but still, she's not me so don't get offended by this. She may look like you, but she will never be you.
