In my country, it is not acceptable to have matrimony between two guys. For some traditional people, same gender relationship is not fully understand. They believe that the opposite gender will be together, since Adam and Eve are created to live together in the Garden of Eden. Others, they don't think that it is unacceptable. It is a matter of knowing where they are really comfortable. What do you think?

Its not accepted in our country too. yes of course it depends upon the people who are in the relation and they should decide what they want not others.

I agree, it is depending up on the individual wish and other persons don't have rights to comment about it. If both of the persons are interested in this marriage, then they have rights to do it

I completely agree with same gender relationships! If two people get well together, I see no problem! Let them live together, why not?

I agree with you completely, yes its they who has to decide what they want in their life, some say its not natural its against nature and all stuff. In such case there are many things which are happening in the world which are against nature ,but they don't ave any problem with that. And they don't follow even.Everyone has their right to live as they want as long as its not causing any harm to others.

For me family is made up of people who love each other. As a child I needed to be loved, supported and guided toward activities that would allow me to be successful as an adult forming my own family. When we get to the point where we honor God's creations in all the forms, we will be learning to live as truly superior beings, accepting life as a blessing. We still have a long way to go toward that goal.

In my points of view, it is not accepted based on my religion beliefs. But then, I am not going to scrutinize if they choose to be like this. I do respect their preferences.

When we have so much problem with general marriages ,why go for a homosexual marriage and create problem in the society.Marriages are full of problem, even onewhich is supported by the society and your family, then why go for the unusual alliance to have more problem without any support.

if u believe in any religion - there is no such thing as marriage / union between the same gender.. if u dont believe in religion, then i guess - nothing is ever wrong / unacceptable..

It is still a taboo here. But i do see those kind of couples here and personally i do not mind but if we speak about the society as a whole, Filipinos - some, could still not accept that kind of relationship especially in our country where the Church can say whatever they want particularly the Catholic church.

In the United States, I think that the overall majority would say that there is no kind of homosexual marriage that is acceptable. However, I am one of those people that tends to go against the grain and I don't think that there is anything wrong with any couple to be married if they love each other. Thus, I am very highly in favor of homosexual marriage and equal rights for partners in a relationship as a traditionally married couple has. It is my belief that there is a change in a person's genetics that makes them homosexual and I don't think that people should be punished for these things.

The Catholic church does not approve the marital union of persons of the same gender. And we all know, that homosexuals were not mentioned in the Bible and so the Church only recognizes marriage between a man and a woman. I am a Catholic and this is my stand on this matter. Those people who became homosexuals should be given the same respect as others. They did not ask to be that way and I guess to change into someone that they are not is difficult if not, impossible.

It was still a taboo, in terms of religion doctrines it is not accepted. But for me, if they feel being together then we should respect them. Thanks for sharing.

Hihavkat, here in the US it is also a taboo subject, how ever its totally accepted by some and other have a problem weather its againt their religion or for what ever reasons they might have.. As for me I believe in letting people be who they are and do what they want to do...as long as it does not infringe on my family or me... I have so decided not judge people...
