Enjoy your life?

How could you enjoy your life if you under depressed? If you feel depressed, it's best to do something about it, depression doesn't just go away on it's own. In addition to getting help from a doctor or therapist, otherwise you can do these things to feel better; take a 10 to 20 minutes brisk walk every day or jog or bike if you propose. Proper nutrition can influence a person's mood and energy, so, eat plenty of fruits and vegetables and do not forget get some regular meal.

I've been taking meds for depression for over ten years and I also have a therapist who I talk to weekly. My whole family has had mental health problems for years. I get depressed very easily and my meds do help.

Ohh so sad hope you get better without medicines . Some get into depression very easily very things. I am glad you are very strong and working on it.

It is really hard to "un-depress" yourself. It takes a lot of time and strong will power to get over it. I have been through it few years back and it took me almost a year to get over was the cause of my depression. Gladly, I've gotten over it without the need to go to a therapist. I know that if I have gone through that extent, I'd go real crazy coz the people around me would just be treating me as one. sad to say that there are people around me who are not that supportive. Instead of making things better for me, they add more to my depression. Fortunately, I snapped out of it after conditioning my mind that everything is gonna be fine. And of course, the picture in my mind was later on replaced with the faces of my kids. That was my turning point.

good points yes if we are in depression we should give time to our self and relax our mind.can also try to read a book of our interest or listen to music. Talk to our loved ones watch comedy movies.
