What are the good ways to get dirrect referrals for a PTC site?

I am in some two PTC sites these days. Actually i would like to get some direct referrals for them. As long as direct referrals working for PTC sites I get a commissions from them so I have recognized having direct referrals is so valuable. but most of people don't consider about it. Well, what do you think friends? what are the good ways to get some direct referrals ? I have only one. :( , But i am happy about that single referral as well. :)
