Hi friend, it is really hard to stop the smoking habit, if the person is not interested with it. We all know smoking is not good for our health, but still some people are addicted with it. It is really a great challenge to make them to give up this habit.

Actually, I am guilty of smoking. I wanted to quit but had a relapse. I guess I just could't control myself from puffing one most especially if I am thinking of something. It is really a hard habit to break.

Hello, swetify! Thanks for your concern. I really appreciate it. But I do not smoke that much. The max I would have would be 4 in a day but that doesn't happen everytime. But one thing I have noticed, since I became always online here at Mylot, it has lessened by smoking habits! Thanks to Mylot!
