Always mad! How can anyone live always being mad?

I don't think I will ever understand the particulars of the madness behavior certain people live with. It is like everything or anything will set them off. Anger is horrible. I read an article that said that the family unit is the third most violent institution in the world after the military and the police. Amazing but it seems so true. I feel deeply sad for all the families who suffer so much from abuse in regards to anger related issues from a partner.

I think there are some people who are just naturally always in a bad mood and mad at the world. It probably stems from their childhood which might not have been a very happy one and they carry bad feelings into adulthood. It is amazing that the family ranks third. But I do believe it.
