Hi Sdr, welcome to mylot, this is the most fun place to begin with, of course you earn as you have fun posting.
step 1: read the guideline, they come in handy or atleast if you are like me copy the whole guidelines and search it once in awhile or else you'll get busted for what you thought to be something silly, you dont want that i assure you \
Step 2: The best way to earn here is by post or participating in discussion, when i came here i didnt participate that much and once i knew how much fun it was i was a regular or so i think i am. The income is slow but very steady trust me once you started with discussion you'll never look back.
And oh! please comment back it makes it even more fun, just treat this site a safer and friendly version of facebook and you are all set, the money just rolls in. I use to do task but the money i got from task is little less and more painful than the money i make by post.
Task: They are annoying, but some of mylotter including myself do check out the section. I made 15$ in task which took me around 3 months of pain and rejection and agony while the same amount in post with lots of fun the time is almost the same but lots of fun.
Sorry if i offended some task providers but truthfully one cent is not a good price to pay and there use to be good task once upon a time now its not that good. Plus there is this danger of wait forever and/or getting rejected 
and not to mention the total waste of time
.

hi diana I thought that admins always welcomes newbies and sends links to both the guidelines and FAQ's so why do they not choose to so as suggested by Mylot admins.that is the first thing I did when I arrived here. I liked to help myself
rather than ask people who I figured might not know all the information,I am not
loathe to help someone if they will at least try to read the guidelines
and the frequently asked questions first.

Hi Salma.
Thanks for your comment. I have just started and am absolutely clueless about the earning part. I don't even know how much I will be paid per discussion or response or comment. But earning or no earning the discussions here look pretty interesting and I am enjoying every bit of it. Hope I get a hang of the entire thing soon.

hi sdr__24 did not mylot admins not send you links to the guidelines and the
FAQ's too? and did you read them as all the questions you asked are there
for the reading. it tells you how to make money and all t he rest.
do not question others who will not know anyway as the correct
information is in the guidelines and the FAQ's right now
]waiting for you to read it.really the information there is much
more accurate than other newbie s will give to you.
